McGregor Tan Research is well versed in the use of a range of statistical techniques including:

In qualitative research we use a range of different approaches - focus groups, panels, mini groups, and depth interviews. We are well versed in qualitative research tools such as projective techniques, however we will only use a particular technique if we feel that it will lead to a clearer understanding of a particular issue.

We have in house proprietary segmentation models for analysing client's customer databases based on cost of service and dollar returns to the company.

One of our models of particular relevance to customer satisfaction research is segmenting customer satisfaction on the basis of returns to the organisation.
